As long as you are in the US, Canada or Mexico, your caregiver can monitor you from anywhere their Apple iPhone or Google Android smart phone works. The caregiver can download our free Theora Link Pro smartphone app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
If my mobile carrier is different from those you mention (AT&T and T-Mobile), can I still use the Theora Connect watch?
Because we believe in a reliable, certified solution, the Theora Connect watch can only be used with our SIM card and identified carrier partners to ensure the best possible coverage. We have worked with these mobile carriers to be carrier-certified to ensure our smartwatch meets the requirements set forth by the carrier and is approved for use on their network. This certification process helps ensure that consumers experience reliable and optimized performance when using Theora Care on the carrier’s network. Other devices may not be certified to the carrier’s standards, we encourage you to check on certifications before you buy.
My wife and I are taking a trip this summer and we want to optimize our safety – will the Theora Connect smartwatch work internationally?
