August 15th, 2019 – The Population Health Summit

Health care has many challenges, ranging from a lack of insurance coverage to food deserts. But creative solutions are out there.

Hosted by Health Tech Austin, and presented by St. David’s Foundation, Capital City Innovation, we are convening thought leaders and field staff  from local and national organizations to examine where we go from here. A full day of interesting and thought-provoking presentations, as well as reports on critical topics affecting us all, including health insurance and preventative care, healthy aging, rural communities, women’s health, mental health, patient engagement, data sharing and understanding, and health deserts.
