Types of warranties: Theora 30 Day Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy: In the first days from date of purchase, component can be returned for full refund. 1-year Limited Warranty: Component will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year. Extended Limited Warranty: 1-year Limited Warranty will be extended for the amount of time specified in purchased extension. To qualify for warranty service: Contact Provider for return authorization. Modified items are not eligible for warranty coverage. Purchaser is responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and You assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned item(s) while in transit to Provider. Shipping and handling charges, and taxes paid are not refundable. Standard Limited Warranty Terms: Provider will repair or replace, at its discretion. Warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.
